So cute and clean. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. Great quiet neighborhood. Close to Yosemite. Great restaurants in town. Hosts are very friendly and approachable. When we arrived, Denise was there to make sure everything was exactly what we needed. So thoughtful! The outside seating area is a huge bonus. Morning coffee out there was peaceful and refreshing. It may be a tiny house, but there is nothing tiny about it or the hosts! They have big hearts and it shows!Highly recommend.

One of the best places I have stayed in. Very clean well maintained, within it had everything we needed had we wanted to prepare food. We were very busy all day and didn't have time to use everything provided but it was nice it was available. Quiet, safe neighborhood and simple parking on the street right out front of the house. There is only good things to be said about this property and the wonderful hosts to provide it. It is safely tucked near a cul-de-sac, it is quiet and peaceful. The property is immaculately maintained, and it has the best home away from home feeling. You can tell they put so much thought and love into setting this place up. It literally has everything you could need. I think the only thing they didn’t provide was getting tucked in at night. Don’t worry about it being hot outside, they have a powerful air conditioner and a wonderful patio, which is covered so that you can enjoy some outside time but not have the sun beat down directly on you. It is close to amenities such as grocery stores, gas stations, fast food, brewery, and so much more. Don’t worry, there is a Starbucks in town. So if you are there for work and want to get out to get a bit of work done, there are options for you. I opted to stay in and utilize the table. Space to get my work done. There’s tons of birds outside and it is very peaceful getting to listen to them in the morning. Whenever I go back to Yosemite, I 1000% will be returning. This by far has been my favorite rental and I am constantly traveling for work. If getting a good nights, rest is a big factor in you choosing a location, this is a super comfortable bed. I think it was memory foam or something similar. They also have what feels like 1 million different pillow options so if you prefer one kind over the other, you will have that option

Dave & Denise have lived in California their entire lives and have lived in Oakhurst since 1994 and the same house since 1995. They were married in 1995 in the Yosemite Chapel and got engaged at the top of Vernal Falls in 1994. We love hiking to Vernal Falls each spring and more often when time permits.

Why they chose this property

The Tiny Home is on our property. We have lots of wildlife. Bollinger Place is a quiet neighborhood on a Cul-de-sac.

What makes this property unique

Very private for our guests. Perfect for 1-2 guests. We've been hosting since January 2025 and have had a very successful first year. Excellent ratings & reviews from all of our guests. Everyone has loved staying here and always mentions how clean it is and that we have anything you would need as a guest.
