This fabulous property boasts 4 cozy bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 4 twin bed, 2 queen beds and 2 futon sleepers. With 4 full bathrooms equipped with all the essentials, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Home is equipped with everything you will need. Whether you're looking to cozy up in the spacious family room open concept or enjoy the fresh air on the patio looking out over antelope canyon and Lake Powell, this luxurious retreat has something for everyone. Home comes with a fully stocked modern, state of the art kitchen. The views of the red rock landscape are amazing. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.

The property and the view were beautiful! The beds were comfortable and the place was well equipped. The location was convenient to everything and perfect for our stay for our Antelope Canyon tour. The kids loved the ping pong table and arcade game as well. Matt was great and thorough at communicating information for our stay, Highly recommend staying here!

Very nice and new home. Super comfortable with a well appointed kitchen. Accurate listing. Sleeps 12 in beds and then has two floor mattresses. It was a nice touch having a ping-pong table in the garage along with a video game console. We really enjoyed our four nights there and would definitely stay at this house again.

Rented the place for 6 old guys on fishing trip. House was roomy, clean, well stocked for cooking in home meals, nicely decorated, 4 baths was appreciated, and lots of off street parking. The host was easy to communicate with. Getting in was straightforward. Wild stay there again.

Our stay here was the best experience we have ever had when visiting Lake Powell. Our family has been coming to Lake Powell to boat for over 35 years and we have never had a nicer, cleaner, or better placed home to stay in. With boat parking, rooms for the whole family, close to the lake, we couldn't have asked for anything better. Definitely staying here again in the future!

The home was perfect for our family trip. We loved the open kitchen area, bathrooms for every bedroom and the extra parking for our car/boat. The communication with the host was great. I hope we stay here again!
