Hello, my name is Steve I am a local to AZ born and raised here in the valley. I am fairly new to the VRBO scene and hosting, so far it has been a great experience to host guest in my condo, and I hope to continue to be able to host guest at this location.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is great in my opinion, it's hard to be the location and all the amenities available. There is so much around in such a short distance, its quiet and everyone is nice and friendly.
What makes this property unique
I would have to say the lake on the other side of the property, again you can't beat the location.
