1. How far is Quinta Avenida?

Our home is tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of Quinta Avenida. To make your way to the exciting strip from our home, you walk (20 min or 7. min. drive) through the cobblestoned lined streets, passing Mayan ruins to make your way to El Paseo del Carmen, a "cosmopolitan" shopping mall with a Starbucks, Zara, Oakley, Old Navy, Sunglasses Hut, Carl's Jr., Pandora and many more. Connected to this mall is La Quinta Avenida, a short five min walk through the mall gets you to the strip and the famous "Fundadores Park," which is also connected to the ferry port to go to the island of Cozumel. In short, our home is surrounded by all the essentials.

If you are driving, there is a public paid parking lot on 10 Ave. Sur and C. 3 Sur. near the entrance of the Playcar Fase 1 entrance. If this parking lot gets full, there is another directly behind this parking lot on 15 Avenida Sur. and C. 3 Sur.

It is not rare for the parking lot to get full, street parking is always an option but you must pay to park.

We recommend getting a taxi to get to Paseo Del Carmen, which is connected to Quinta Avenida. The parking is not worth the headache!

2. How far is X-Caret?

X-Caret is an "ecotourism" theme park along a part of the Quintana Roo coastline. Near the entrance of our neighborhood, Playcar Fase 1, there is a shuttle pickup (you must pay to park beforehand) or a taxi that goes through our neighborhood security and can take you directly. X-caret 15 minutes away from our home in car.

3. Where is the property located?

Our home is inside the exclusive, luxurious gated community of Playacar Fase 1. Only guests or homeowners are given access to the neighborhood and there 24-7 security throughout the neighborhood.

4. Do you have a private pool?

Yes, the pool is private and located in the front yard, perfect for a dip after visiting the beach steps away from our home.

5. Do you have a free parking spot?

Yes, you can park in front of our home for free.

6. Do you have beach towels and beach chairs?

Yes!

7. How many bedrooms are at the bottom level and top?

There are three bedrooms on the first floor.

Two of the first-floor bedrooms have a ful bathroom, and the third first -floor bedroom has a full bathroom steps from the room in the hallway.

The second floor is the largest room with a full bathroom and access to the balcony from three points, two large sliding doors in the room, or a door right outside the bedroom, which leads to the patio and grilling area.
