Renee’s house is in a great location and very nicely done inside with spacious bedrooms, great AC, new appliances and convenient furnishings. It’s a great pick for a small group of travelers and we’d stay there again!
This was just the place we needed to stay for an open house for our daughter and her husband. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Will definitely use again in the future .
In town for the week for work, property was perfectly located for me. House was clean and very well maintained, kitchen had containers for lunches and ziplock bags which is a small but very appreciated detail :) had an issue with the door lock and was immediately resolved. Would definitely stay here again!
Enjoyed all the activities in twin falls so much! House was just what we needed. Bathroom was small and the people staying in the other unit were loud. Otherwise we were satisfied!
Yes! We loved everything about this property. It was spottless and well appointed with thoughtful touches and extras. There was ample space for the five of us, which was desperately needed during our cross country roadtrip. The host was friendly and communicative. I'm that person, I tend to make contact with the host, and the host was friendly and warm. Would book this space again without hesitation. Thanks so much.

Disliked: Listing accuracy
The pictures do not show you exactly how run down this property. The floors are in dire need of refunishing as the finish hasxworn off. There is only 1 screen in the entire house. Ifcyou raise the windows, yrs of durt and cobwebs. There is no air conditioning only ceiling fans to circulate stagnet air. You only find out that this is a shared property with other families down stairs. In my cade were obnoxious loud at all times of the day and night. So no i do not recommend this property. I stsyed barely 2 dsys packed the car up in the midfle ofvthe night and checked into a hotel that was more comfortable.

We’re sorry to hear this guest’s stay didn’t meet expectations. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we have the opportunity to help, troubleshoot, or make things right right away. Unfortunately, no concerns were reported to us during this stay.
This home does have air conditioning, and instructions for operating it are provided both in the guest manual and on the dining table. The home also includes two TVs — one in the living room and one in the king bedroom.
This is a multi-unit property, and we do disclose that in our listing and pre-arrival information. We were not notified of any noise concerns during the stay, but after checkout we discovered the downstairs guests had caused significant damage and disruption. Had we been made aware of the situation during the stay, we absolutely would have intervened immediately.
The home features original hardwood floors that many guests specifically enjoy for their character and charm. While the exterior storm windows are still in place from winter season, we would have gladly sent someone over promptly if the windows or anything else had been brought to our attention.
We truly value guest feedback and are always working to improve both the home and guest experience.
We had a wonderful 2-night stay (2 adults and 3 teens) in this lovely, comfortable and quiet Twin Falls home. The location is great, central and close to downtown and a short ride to Shoshone Falls/Dierkes Lake Park and Perrine Memorial Bridge. The home had everything we needed. It was a nice and relaxing break. Hot Hive Yoga, 2nd South Market and Miracle Hot Springs were all nice finds. Communications from the host were great and thorough and answered all our questions before they sprung to mind.
