Great townhouse

Super close to downtown Morgantown, was the perfect place for us to crash and watch tv at the end of the day. We got wings from Mario’s like the welcome book recommended, and they were delicious! We’d definitely stay here again.

The inside was beautiful and clean. It does have stairs to go down to get to the master bedroom and laundry room. There are also stairs to get to the rest of the house.

The townhouse worked great for us; it was clean, had plenty of space for our family, and is conveniently located near the University and Coliseum. Communication with the owner was very easy and prompt. Thank you!

Morgantown townhouse

The townhouse was very comfortable for 4 adults and 3 children. It was very clean. The big bathroom downstairs has a water sprayer that we all liked. We saved a lot of money cooking breakfasts and lunches there. Big screen TV's in every room worked real well. All in all it was a pleasant stay. Wish the weather was better so we could have visited the great park close by.

Owner was Awesome

The owner was awesome in handling and resolving an unexpected situation. I received a call about 3 hrs before check in. The previous "guests" damaged the house, (idiots, with no respect and should be band) beyond readiness. He was on hold for over 45 minutes with VRBO, an hour later he called me back and arranged another very similar home and he covered the additional expenses. Thank you for arranging other options, and providing us exceptional hospitality. It is great to know, here's a person who cares and did everything possible, anyone could expect, under this situation and provide a great stay. Again...Thank You!
