Absolutely precious place!! So close to everything!! Host definitely take care of this charming cottage!! Highly recommend and would love to come back!
Amazing unit a short walk from Historic downtown McKinney. Everything you might need is included, with a very nice and private backyard too. Will definitely stay again.
Recently stayed here with my husband and my young adult children while in town for a family wedding. Great property and location for downtown McKinney. Easy walk to the shops and restaurants. I loved all the detail in this house. Beautiful interior renovation and design. Cute backyard/patio area. On the weekend there was a farmers market right on the corner. Loved this place!
My family and I enjoyed our stay in this perfectly located and beautifully appointed home in historic downtown McKinney. We walked to many nearby businesses with our small kids and enjoyed much of what the area has to offer. The home is gorgeous on the inside and there has been a lot of thought and care put into the remodel and design of the home and the amenities offered. The fenced in courtyard was a great spot to unwind at the end of the day with a glass of wine.
The cutest, cleanest, prettiest, loved bungalow we have ever stayed at. Book this one. Everything from the decor, history of the place and location is a plus! Walk able to everything. Farmers market is right out the front door, Starbucks right across the street. You can feel the love and attention that went into this home. Absolutely perfect. Communication with the host was amazing. Everything you could ever want or need was supplied. Thank you for sharing your house with us. We left with big smiles and memories!
Wow!! This property was so wow! This is the nicest VRBO we have probably ever stayed in. The owner’s attention to detail is amazing! Wonderful use of colors and textures in the decor and in the design of the home. Every one of us and the guests who stopped by to say hello all felt the same. Just beautiful! The pictures are exactly how the home is. Everything is exceptionally clean! Not even any dust on the baseboards. The neighborhood was wonderful, and we loved walking to the downtown area and the farmers market, which was just on the corner of the street. Xan was super as well! Very helpful and responded throughout our stay anytime we had questions. Will definitely stay here again if we’re ever in McKinney!
This Boutique Bungalow is as whimsical as it is beautiful. Every design detail you notice of this charming downtown McKinney property is better than the last. The owner has literally thought of absolutely any need that may arise during your stay. Even coffee to-go cups! What? Thank you! I have never stayed at a property this stay ready on day one. It is stocked with stuff you don’t usual see. Water, Snacks and GREAT coffee, kitchen gadgets galore and even bug spray. This host has thought of it all. In the description it says “basic soaps” but there is nothing basic about the bougie selection of soaps and shampoos provided. The farmers market is steps from your door, along with the rest of the eats, music and shopping of Old Downtown McKinney. My family enjoyed having everything Old Downtown McKinney had to offer within steps of our door. Great location for a group wanting to split up and do different things with a close hub to meet up or a young family that needs to be able to dip out of downtown festivities for a quick napyou absolutely won’t go wrong with the property. We made some fun family memories walking around old downtown and hanging out in the backyard w a view of the colorful McKinney water tower lights. 5 Stars!
