DETAILS: Welcome to Ohana Bay, a beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Cape San Blas home that sleeps 10. Tucked within the Windmark community, guests are minutes from dining, entertainment, and the enchanting sugar-sand Gulf beach. Get on the water for off-shore fishing, explore the wildlife and natural beauty of nearby St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, or enjoy a picnic in the village green. Ideal for sun-soaked days of relaxation, guests will love lounging by the private pool and beach access a short stroll away.

Set on landscaped grounds, this 2-level home represents casual coastal living at its finest. The first level welcomes guests into an open and bright great room featuring a calming neutral palette, wood floors, and beachy accents with pops of blue. Gather with friends and family on the couch, loveseat, and armchair for a fun movie night in the living space. The spacious kitchen, boasting high-end appliances and a center island that doubles as seating for 2, is equipped to whip up everything from popcorn to pancake breakfasts. To the side is a wooden dining table for 8 to enjoy meals or play board games. When the warm weather beckons, venture onto the back screened-in porch to relax in the shade or drink chilled lemonade at the 6-person patio table. Outside, a kidney-shaped pool surrounded by chaise loungers encourages sunbathing. Don’t forget to grab a bag of marshmallows to roast around the firepit in the front yard. Great family stay-the pool was a bonus considering the water conditions and health and safety concerns in the local areas. Warnings issued regarding flesh eating parasites.

Excellent family vacation!

Windmark beach was so lovely! Close to things but private enough you don’t feel crowded. Bike rides everyday through the area were amazing! The house was beautiful and comfortable. We lucked out with great weather all week. My only complaint is the porch needs rocking chairs lol and the kitchen comes stocked with so many appliances but they aren’t listed so we didn’t know we had to bring things with us because those items weren’t listed.

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful stay. The house provided everything we needed. The kids used the heck out of the pool and we absolutely loved the neighborhood that it was located in. It was quiet and peaceful. It was a perfect distance to anything, beach, ice cream, shopping, restaurants, etc! Our only complaint is that we stayed from Saturday to Wednesday and not once did the trash get picked up. When we showed up the trash bins outside were stuffed so full nothing else would fit and it was never picked up so we had to deal with all the trash in the house the whole time we were there. Other than that, absolutely no complaints! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a calm beach vacation!
