Located five minutes from downtown Pell City and only 20 minutes from Talladega Super Speedway, this charming 3-bedroom lake house offers a convenient location with perfect sunset views! The house comfortably sleeps six guests with 2 queen beds and 1 bunk bed. Two additional sofa beds are available to sleep an additional four guests. There are three full bathrooms and a spacious kitchen with large island. Additional spaces including a cozy living rooms with sofa bed and a large downstairs/game area with an additional sofa bed. On the lake side of the house is a large deck, equipped with tables, chairs, and a Blackstone grill, perfect for family cookouts! The large fenced lot provides the perfect space to play! The property also includes its own boat ramp, perfect for fishermen looking for a convenient place to stay. The two piers offer the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the best sunset view on the lake!
