This house is great. Plenty of space. Great seating and plenty on the balcony. The balcony was a great place to gather and unwind, share stories with lots of laughter. My crew want to come back next year. We all loved this house. Hot tub and pool were cleaned and is another great asset to this property Host was very accessible and helpful.

Beautiful home with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Loved the wrap around porches. Unfortunately we had red flag all week so the pool was great bonus.

The house was beautiful and located right on the beach. The wooden pier doesn't quite reach the beach, still have to walk through the dune. 2 of the TVs did not work, screen was broken on one of them. The downstairs had a very musty smell from the carpet I assume. Its not the houses fault, but the AC quit working in half the house as well, but they did get it fixed the next day.

Will definitely be back.

We loved the property. Nice quiet location. Only downfall to the stay was we weren’t expecting the one bedroom to be separate from the main part of the house. It still worked perfectly for what we needed.

Beautiful home and large enough to comfortably fit a large group of people with everyone having their own space to chill. The kitchen was not well-stocked with just some of the basic necessities (pot holders, salt & pepper, plastic storage containers, grill spatula). The grill is more for a smaller sized home, as well as the washer and dryer. For a home this size, I would definitely recommend larger capacity items.We did have an issue with the dishwasher not properly draining and leaking on one occurrence, as well as a light switch that had to be changed out due to a possible shortage. The maintenance guy, Tony, was great! The house could use some updating, the carpet needs to be replaced or cleaned, and the bottom floor room is a bit “musty.”There’s no locked receptacle for trash and there’s a hungry black bear that enjoys breaking into the trash cans, despite the “locks” that are made onto the cans. He’s still able to get inside and make a big mess for visitors to clean up each morning. Beds were comfortable and the view from the balconies are phenomenal. Short walk to the beach and the location is perfect. Overall, the stay was great and with some minor improvements, this could be a perfect home to rent on a yearly basis. We enjoyed our time at Southern Belle.

Needs maintenance. Large bedroom upstairs had plumbing issues. Lights on rear steps didn’t work. Outside power outlets not working. Loose and rough boards on decking including protruding nails. Dishwasher good for sanitizing only. Hot tub wouldn’t heat. Trash cans are not bear proof - yes, I mean bears. Dishes in cabinets were not cleaned well.

The place was amazing for our family of 6 adults and 7 children. The detached downstairs bedroom was good for the older preteen. The hot tub was excellent. The few snags we ran into were handled quickly and efficiently. Communication was quite timely. Well stocked kitchen with utensils, plates, cups and even a griddle.Smart TVs in every bed room. Plenty of towels.Great view of the beach from both balconies Small negative: small all in one washer/dryer unit so we had to do laundry round the clock almost.
