Huge 4Room Family Dream W/ Pool+Tub + Private Yard

Located on a quiet and safe cul-de-sac this home is the perfect bright and open summer stay for a family. Everything down to every spoon and fork is brand new. Extremely comfortable, expensive mattresses, sheets, down blankets and Nestwell pillows. Smart Hue lights and remote blinds throughout. Cozy Arhuas & West Elm couches for movie night on a 85" 4k TV. Pool, spa, fireplace , grill, indoor outdoor living and dining, Tesla charger need I say more? Walking paths and parks nearby & the BEACH!

The space
Bedrooms: Features master bed with a balcony overlooking the pool and backyard and walk in closets, a private bathroom with an elegant stand alone tub and oversized spacious shower with multiple water spout heads and corded water head. Master bedroom is black out remote control automatic blinds and the other rooms are not. Two rooms with bunk beds + trundle and finished closets, with upstairs carpet and tucked away its nearly soundproof. Kids bathroom not pictured (finished tub and shower + two sinks).

Kitchen and Appliances: Brand new smart washer and dryer. Cuisinart air fryer + oven , Nespresso machine and nugget ice machine. Two comfortable living spaces with cozy couches and massive TV with an incredible movie experience due to the 15" inch subwoofer(game changer). Sonos sound throughout the house and outside 2x 12 inch in ground subwoofers with 8 individual localized speakers (Top end). Outside and inside on the main level we invested in Philips HUE color smart lights to set any mood. It's a total vibe at night and an experience you will not get anywhere else. Not to limit that 3 rooms upstairs rooms have beautiful Nanoleaf light art on the walls as shapes and lines. ( If you do not know what Philips HUE color lights or Nanoleaf lights are look them up they are incredible!) Heated pool + spa with outdoor grill and mini fridge.

Outside: Incredible private, we have multiple "Fatboy" oversized bean bags, 2 chairs to layout, we just got the freshly new artificial turf installed and mulch put in, you will find yourself in a peaceful oasis and near the front door inside the gate is another outdoor living space with a wood fire for restful nights. On the side of the house there are amazing pool amenities, toys and fun for days. Blow up layout pool floats and so much more. Theres also a hammock to relax on in the backyard.

Underneath the stairs is a whole other experience for familes with nanoleaf lights and a mystery den for fun, reading, escape, play and more. Think adventurous play room created under the stairs.

Theres a EV charger port that can work for any chargers located outside and easily accessible.

We have high powered COX wifi with 4x Mesh around the house and a hardwire for the office upstairs with a automatic "Bench" brand desk that raises up and down and a dual monitor for dialing into that work flow.

You will have the entire property minus the garage.

Other things to note
Use of EV charger for Tesla or any cars or EV ports and as an added fixed fee as well as heating the pool + spa which is in the rules if you want more information. Since we have solar it may not cost anything additional electrical but overuse of the pool will create a charge if you go over our allotted amount.

No access is given to the garage and some of the upstairs closets that are used for storage and locked. In the master, the small closet left side is locked, but the large one on the right is open, the white bunk room closet is left open, the black bunk room closet is locked, the murphy bed / desk room closet is locked.
