Thank you, Sherry! We’re so happy you enjoyed Sea Biscuit’s updated style and convenient beach access. We hope to see you back for another relaxing visit! -The Access Realty Team
Great location, very clean at check-in, easy beach access, parking for 2 vehicles, road access a bit hairy due to bushes blocking oncoming traffic view, well equipped kitchen and extra linens provided, kitchen chairs could use cushions, had to fiddle with thermostat so it wasn't so cold, wi-fi fast enough for multiple video displays, filtered water from refrigerator had no beachy taste

We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay and found the home clean, comfortable, and well equipped. It’s great to hear the location and beach access worked perfectly for you. We appreciate your notes about the kitchen chairs, thermostat, and road visibility, and we’ll be sure to pass those along for review. We’d be happy to welcome you back anytime.
This beach house and property was magical! Everything we needed was there, updated, and very clean. Only surprise was the beds weren't made but sheets and towels provided so we just made the beds. The beach "Cross over" is more of a step over, no lugging things to the beach, just a short carry. The wildlife was beautiful, the ocean magical and private, and sun all day even in November/ December!Wanted to buy the place and live there. You will definitely enjoy!
The house is adorable and the view is amazing. However, was not very clean - there was dog hair (not our dog's hair) covering the couch, ottoman, and beds. Drawers and cuoboards all had crumbs, dirt, etc. Countertops had not been wiped down, windows were dirty. The listing was inaccurate regarding linens. Bed was uncomfortable - squeaks loudly and sags in the middle. Washing machine very dirty and smelled of mildew. It's really too bad because the house and location are absolutely perfect - we would have become regular renters without question if not for the linens issue and lack of cleanliness.

Thank you for your review, Sara. We are very sorry for the confusion regarding linens on your reservation and have made sure that it is updated accurately moving forward. We wish we had been notified in regards to any cleanliness concerns upon check in as we would have addressed them immediately for you. We hope you otherwise enjoyed your stay!
The cottage was very nicely decorated. It was clean. You could see the ocean from inside the house. The host was very responsive to concerns and questions. The only issue was that a sand dune has built up at the beach access. It was difficult to get back from the beach due to the soft sand of the dune. My husband is somewhat disabled and was unable to go to the beach due to the dune. Other than that we had a great stay.
Thank you for staying with us. We're truly sorry that your experience didn’t meet expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be to encounter unexpected service interruptions during a vacation. As soon as we were made aware of the water outage, we worked closely with the homeowner and the Town of Surf City to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. While we’re glad service was restored the same day, we regret the inconvenience it caused. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to provide a smoother and more enjoyable stay in the future. -The Access Realty Team
