This was the perfect stay for our family of four. We really love the Ski Trails condos because they are true ski in/ski out -- even in this season with so little snow. The kitchen was well-outfitted and the complex is quiet at night. Very good stay!

Great condo! So nice to ski in and ski out. We appreciate the owner allowing us to check in a couple of hours early. The kitchen is well stocked with bowls, pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. The sofa and blankets were so comfy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the great location of this condo. Being right next to the ski slope and able to ski directly into the condo area at the end of the day was fantastic. The walk down to the village was easy and made for a fun evening. The kitchen is very well equipped, which we really appreciated, and the open living space was perfect for our family with two adult kids. We loved hanging out by the fire, watching TV, and playing cards in the evenings. Overall, a wonderful, comfortable place and we look forward to staying again.

We had great time even though there was no snow! The host was very responsibe when we had questions. The place was perfect for the 3 of us, very clean and comfortable. The pictures on the site don’t do the actual place justice. We will come back again. Cheers

Perfect apart from...

Perfect location and well suited for our family of 4. The loft space upstairs was perfect for our two toddlers with their own washroom. The place is decorated beautifully and the kitchen is well stocked. We loved being right off the ski trail and a short walk down the trail to the village. My communication with the Ramine (Owner) leading up to our arrival was great. Ramine was very helpful with providing me with information for my transport from the airport to Northstar and village recommendations. My only reason for not giving 5 starts is because we were without TV/Cable and access to the ski locker during our stay. I reached out to Jill and Les (Onsite management), they came by and were not able to resolve these issues. Nevertheless, i'm sure the owner will have it resolved by the next guest check-in.

I am so sorry that you were left without television and also had no access to the ski locker. As you mentioned my on site managers tried to help with the cable but we needed a visit from our Cable company. Apparently, our cable company Charter was swamped with calls due to bad weather. Charter cable came later and provided us with a new cable box and our TV is working fine.The ski locker lock was broken by someone before. Instead of using the keys, they had forced it open with another gadget. We had to have a locksmith in to re-key the lock for the original key did not work anymore. Unfortunately, I was out of town for my brother passed away. I reached out to you when I got back but unfortunately, all I was able to do is to issue you a refund. I feel very bad about your unpleasant experience. We do our best to make our guest stay as comfortable as we can, but sometimes situations happens that are not within our control especially during the busy season. Thanks for your understanding and I hope that you return.

Comfortable and Convenient

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. From booking to check in and all the accommodations in between. Perfectly located with access to the ski run and walking distance to the village made our getaway just delightful.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful ski getaway with the family. The unit was very nice with natural lighting due to being a corner unit. Easy contactless check in/out, great proximity to ski in/out on the slopes, comfortable furniture and cozy fireplace, well equipped kitchen with everything we needed including simple pantry staples, laundry room next door and ski locker rooms worked out well. We didn’t use other community amenities. We look forward to coming back next winter!

Great Condo

The location is great, ski right from condo to gondola...Plenty of room, clean, and has everything you need. Ski locker on bottom floor so you don't have to carry them upstairs...Finally, a rental with a brand new, unused sponge! lol

Perfect location to ski

This was a great property. Close to the Village and perfect ski in and ski out for our day at the slopes. The kitchen was fully stocked with all tools needs to prepare a great meal.

Better than Expected

This condo is better than the photos with a new couch and two queen beds upstairs. The convenience of this house is so worth it to avoid taking shuttles or walking from the parking lot - you walk a few steps and you're on a groomed run down to the village. Place was very clean with comfortable beds and a very powerful fireplace. Would definitely stay again!!

Fabulous ski-in, ski-out

Clean, well appointed, incredibly-conveniently located ski condo with the perfect combination of beds. A King in the master downstairs and two queens in the loft upstairs makes it perfect for our family. It's so nice to be able to ski down the lift in the morning and come back in for lunch. We definitely hope to stay here again!

Great Vacation

The location was perfect for our needs. My kids were able to do distance learning school while we skied. Came back for lunch and to grab kids for afternoon skiing. The owner isn’t overly responsive but the information needed is all provided. Thanks for a great trip!

Northstar biking trip

It was clean and in a quiet area. It was a little more cramped than expected and my husband hit his shin multiple times on the bed frame/platform that stuck out in the bottom floor bed room since there wasn't much space between the door and the foot of the bed. It was unfortunate that the whole Northstar village was closed and this was not disclosed to us when we booked our visit. And not addressed when I reached out to the owner. But we made a fun weekend out of it we just had to drive to downtown Truckee and Lake Tahoe more than expected in order to get some of our meals.
