Perfect view of the beach. We saw dolphins from our room. Rooms were clean l, the floors sandy and dirty but expected from being on the beach. Highly recommend.

Thank you for choosing Liquid Life and for the 5-star review. Glad you enjoyed the perfect beach view and spotting dolphins from the room. Happy the rooms were clean — we know sand can track in from beach days and our team works to minimize it. Thanks for the recommendation, and we’d be happy to host you again!

The unit is showing its age. The coffee maker needs to be replaced along with several kitchen items. Only two wine glasses. Overall clean but the floor needs a good mopping.

Thank you for staying at Crystal Shores 402. I’m sorry your stay fell short of expectations. I’m glad the unit was overall clean. I’ve flagged your reservation with our housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams to address the items you reported: replace the coffee maker, restock and replace needed kitchen items (including more wine glasses), and perform a thorough mopping/deep clean of the floors. We’ll also review our inventory and cleaning checklists to prevent this in the future. Please message us through Vrbo with your stay dates and any photos so we can review the reservation and discuss appropriate compensation. — Liquid Life

The seating in the living room was not comfortable. There was no otttoman , No recliner, sofa was very uncomfortable with no support. The floor needed moping as it was very dirty. The kitchen needed cooking utensils. Kitchen needed utensils. No instructions for tv operation. We would not stay here again.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry the living room seating was uncomfortable and that the floors, kitchen utensils, and TV instructions fell short of expectations. We’ll inspect the sofa and seating options (including adding an ottoman/recliner if needed), ensure a thorough cleaning, restock essential cookware and utensils, and add clear TV operation instructions. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention and will make improvements for future guests.

The floors of the condo were filthy, as well as the dining chairs. 2 of the dining chairs has a loose leg. The bed in the master room is old and a bit sagging. Overall, the place needs a really good cleaning, and some new furniture. The location was wonderful. Oh, also, the jacuzzi didn't work, and noone on the property knew anything about it.

The room and facilitate very nice. The only thing I suggest is floors were a bit gritty and blackened your feet if barefoot. The pool wasn’t clean as it had lots of sand and leaves.

Thank you for the 5-star review! Glad you found the room and facilities very nice. I’m sorry about the gritty floors and the pool being sandy — that’s not the standard we aim for. We appreciate the feedback; we’ll have housekeeping deep-clean the floors and coordinate with pool maintenance to remove sand and leaves more often. Hope to host you again.
