The seating in the living room was not comfortable. There was no otttoman , No recliner, sofa was very uncomfortable with no support. The floor needed moping as it was very dirty. The kitchen needed cooking utensils. Kitchen needed utensils. No instructions for tv operation. We would not stay here again.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry the living room seating was uncomfortable and that the floors, kitchen utensils, and TV instructions fell short of expectations. We’ll inspect the sofa and seating options (including adding an ottoman/recliner if needed), ensure a thorough cleaning, restock essential cookware and utensils, and add clear TV operation instructions. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention and will make improvements for future guests.

The floors of the condo were filthy, as well as the dining chairs. 2 of the dining chairs has a loose leg. The bed in the master room is old and a bit sagging. Overall, the place needs a really good cleaning, and some new furniture. The location was wonderful. Oh, also, the jacuzzi didn't work, and noone on the property knew anything about it.
