Modern and clean Oasis on the 48th floor with views of the Ocean and Bay. Located in Edgewater, the heart of Miami. Close to Wynwood, Downtown, Brickell, Midtown and Design District (5-10 minutes) and across the bridge to South Beach (15 minutes).
Amazing park across the street from the building. There are cafes, restaurants and bars in walking distance making it a highly desirable neighborhood.
Condo is a large 1 bedroom, 1 bath sleeps up to 3 guests comfortably with California King bed and available air mattress. In-unit washer/dryer and drying rack available.
High-speed internet, TV, and dedicated workspace makes this the perfect place for work-from-home or digital nomads.
Balcony with water views and amenities in the building like convenience and wine store, gym, sauna, pool deck is available for use including the grills while the pool is being remodeled (temporary).
