House is comfortable, great bed, nice bathroom, kitchen had everything we needed and TV had lots of options comfortable couches. Did not use the hot tub or get out in the neighborhood, very rainy and windy. Eric answered messages quickly. I would stay again.
5 girls stayed fri-sun for a weekend getaway—property was super cute, very clean and hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond to messages. I would definitely stay here again if we make it back to MI. Thank so much!!
This was a perfect little space for a fun weekend away. The hot tub and fenced in backyard space was perfect, and the location was off the beaten path enough to feel safe but close enough to all of the places we needed to go. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs, which was important to us. There was also a nice grill available which was not shown on the listing! I will say there was a wedding next door with live music and entertainment on Saturday night which we found to be cool, but it was rather loud at times. If that bothers anyone maybe ask ahead if there are any events planned during your stay! Overall we would definitely return.
Perfect for a weekend get away for my daughter’s 16th birthday! Check in was easy. Hot tub was clean and relaxing. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Located close to great food and fun shopping destinations. Host was kind and responsive!
This beautiful retreat in Spring Lake was perfect for my Easter stay/mini family vacation in Michigan. The home was beautiful, spacious, very clean & decorative with a fully equipped kitchen (including seasonings for food), games, toys, a fenced in yard with a swing set and rock climbing wall that my grandson enjoyed, along with a large jacuzzi that was perfect for the cool weather! The location is perfect with the lake just a few steps from the door and super walmart only 10 minutes away. This was the perfect home away from home getaway! Thank you Eric for your quick responses, last minute adjustment, & hospitality!

Hosting allows us to share the places we love while teaching our kids the value of hospitality, care, and attention to detail.
Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because it’s quiet, walkable, and close to everything that makes the area special. It has a relaxed, residential feel where mornings are calm and evenings are peaceful, yet you’re just minutes from downtown, the water, parks, and local shops. It’s the kind of place where you can slow down without feeling far away from the action.
What makes this property unique
What makes our property unique is the care that went into designing it for real stays—not just quick overnights. From comfortable sleeping spaces and a well-equipped kitchen to areas that work for families, couples, and longer visits, everything is set up to feel easy and welcoming. It’s a place where guests can settle in and truly relax.
