We really enjoyed our stay. It was a good location in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was very well equipped. The host was very responsive to questions.
Spacious and charming home for family / friends. Well appointed kitchen, laundry and baths. Quiet and pretty outdoor space with covered patio & firepit. We stayed with our adult kids for one of our son's wedding at nearby Heronswood Gardens. The extra touches provided by the host were appreciated. An easy drive from the ferry, close to grocery and services. Highly recommend staying here and visiting the Gardens!

Carolyn and her Family were an absolute pleasure to host! Communication was easy, and they treated the property with great care and respect. The place was left clean and tidy. I’d gladly welcome them back anytime! Thank you for the bouquet from the wedding. They are beautiful.
I had a slight mixup with airplane tickets and another rental. The owners were very accommodating for our one night stay for our family of 8. The two grandgirls, ages 5 and 11, loved the upstairs playroom. We cooked supper in the spacious kitchen and the kitchen table had room for all of us. My husband and I went to the gazebo for an early morning coffee and listened to the birds. It was a beautiful and peaceful setting.
5 stars all around! First off, communication with owners was excellent. The property is quiet, felt safe and was only a short drive into Kingston. The house was very large, perfect for our 2 families with kids ranging from 4-7. Bunk beds for the kids, they even had a nice pack and play for younger kids. Kitchen well stocked, nice big TV in the living room with a bose sound system, but best of all the place was very clean upon arrival.Being a hunter and fisherman myself, I really like that touch to the property. But everyone in our family enjoyed our 2 night stay there. Outdoor fire pit was a hit with the kids and grown ups too. Highly recommended!
Thank you for your feedback. We take great pride in providing a clean, well-maintained home and outstanding guest service, as reflected in our consistent 5-star reviews before and after this reservation.
While we regret that this stay did not meet expectations, we do want to note that the review was posted by someone who did not personally(Jennifer) stay at the property.
During the visit, there were a few issues that differed from our house rules, including an extra unregistered guest(6 guest, 7 men stayed), property damage (broken bench and jammed master bathroom window), and use of an item not intended for sleeping arrangements. We chose not to raise these concerns during the stay to avoid disrupting the guests’ trip.
We remain committed to ensuring that every guest enjoys the best possible experience, and we welcome the opportunity to continue delivering the level of quality that so many of our visitors have enjoyed.
