Turks never disappoints and neither did Seascape

The property was as listed. The gym on premises was a special bonus! Minimal decor and classy. Perfect for us. Fresh beach towels daily and 3.5 baths was great for the 4 of us

Lovely Townhome. Would go back again!

Absolutely beautiful townhome in quiet Tropical Grace Bay!! Clean, fully stocked, new and modern home. Beautifully decorated. All amenities were offered! 3 bedrooms each with a full bath. Bathrooms were stocked with toiletries. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked. Quick walk to Grace Bay beach. A variety of beach equipment was available for use (snorkels, beach chairs). Lots of yummy restaurants nearby. VERY responsive and accommodating host. We stayed for the weekend and didn't want to leave! Definitely staying here again when we return later this summer!!! Loved out stay.

This property is new, modern, and very clean. Host had very good communication. The beds are comfortable, there are toiletries in the showers/bathrooms, the kitchen is well stocked with cookware and the appliances include fridge with filtered water and ice, dishwasher, range, coffee maker (drip and pod), toaster, etc. The staff were very friendly and the golf cart service to and from the beach was very timely (we never had to walk to wait more than 5 minutes) the whole stay. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Only improvement areas are that the property feels a bit cold (white concrete, daylight light bulbs, minimal to no decorations). There is also a very strong ammonia smell around the side of the property near where the assigned parking spot is (coming from the septic system which is located next to this unit). Per google, this indicates that the system requires maintenance, and hopefully this can be addressed, because depending on which way the wind was blowing it was not possible to use the back patio because of the odor. It should be noted that the smell did not enter the actual house, it was only outside (parking area and back patio) so did not significantly affect the use of the house and we did not contact the host about it as per google, did not seem to be something that could be resolved quickly during our actual stay.

The Seascape was amazing! We had such a wonderful time and it was perfect for our family. It looked just as pictured. It was very clean, quiet and came fully stocked with all amenities.We enjoyed time at the pool and on the third floor balcony every day. And the fitness center was perfect for a morning workout.It was either a quick walk to the beach or Daniel or Max would give our family a lift to the beach in the golf cart. Chairs and umbrellas were also set up upon arrival at the beach, which was such a nice touch. The staff was amazing and added to our enjoyment of the trip.I highly recommend the Seascape Villas.
