BBQ, new Sauna, (Under rennovation as of April 7th are: Pool, Hot Tub, BBQ roof top seating, Tennis court), Koi Pond, waterfall, ATM, mailbox, laundry on floor with app to operate, balcony, Diamond Head, Coffee shop, Mini-Mart, With amenities like WiFi, AC, and a hair dryer, printer, beach gear, new showerhead, full kitchen, 1 walk to famous Waikiki Beach, safe and beautiful, 24-hour security, your comfort is guaranteed. On the corner is the Marriotwith the fammous ABC shop, tour desk, starbucks, and a tunnel in the rain to restaurants, high-end shopping and the beach. The peaceful atmosphere of the condo will make you feel right at home. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. During rennovation, the Marriott next door has ocean side pool and hottub for $40 a day, negotiable with me until they are complete!

I am a doctor (psychologist) that took my mom and family to Hawaii. I loved it and use it when I am not in my tokyo home.
Why they chose this property
I absolutely loved the beauty, history and beach location in Waikiki. The beach, food and shopping are world-class. So I bought the home after very careful consideration. You can see rainbows and Diamondhead from th balcony and romantic views at night too!
What makes this property unique
We have rennovated the apartment, added a new AC, Japanese toliet, have a crib, 2 queen beds and a 2 person pull out sofa. There is a tunnel/indoor mall from the Marriott next door all the way to the beach at the end of the block! There is a sppecial code given to each for the door (and I can lock and unlock it for you), and in house free parking.
