Seaside Escape - Carolina Beach

Truly the perfect beach getaway! This top floor ocean-view condo is a deluxe one bedroom, one and a half bath unit with spectacular views of the ocean and north point of Pleasure Island! The Seascape, a resort-like complex on the coast just a short drive from Wilmington NC, features a private swimming pool, free parking, community lounge chairs and private beach access and is only a short walk to the Island`s largest Pier.

Enjoy cooking a meal in the full kitchen, the convenience of an extra half bath and the large, open living area that opens directly to the balcony. The unit also features high-speed wifi, Roku TV, and a washer and dryer. All linens and necessities are included in your rental, including some beach essentials!

The condo is a top floor unit, with no noisy upstairs neighbors or shared hallways, balconies or entrances to worry about.

The spacious master suite has a comfortable queen mattress with an extra foam topper and down comforter and pillows; there is also a sleeper sofa bed. Covered parking and additional private lots are available for guests only--never pay to park or for beach access!

***The condo is on the 3rd floor with staircase access only. Unfortunately there are no elevators.

***The pool is open in May-September

***One non-shedding small dog (<20lbs) per stay is welcome; we ask that they be crated if left alone in the condo and not be allowed on any furniture. Due to HOA restrictions and owner allergies we cannot host other pets. If you request to bring a larger dog, we will have to ask you to cancel your reservation, affecting your ratings negatively -- so please do not send booking requests for larger dogs.

***We are happy to rent for long-term stays in the winter, please inquire.

House Rules: This home does not allow smoking, events or parties. Must be 25 years old to book the home. Rental agreement is required to be signed within 48 hours of booking the home.

From the confirmation to the checkout, hosts were extremely communicative. You can hear the ocean from the porch and it is really cozy and peaceful. Our walk to the beach was a couple of blocks to the public access point, and it is on the quiet end of the beach. The stairs are steep and plentiful so we limited leaving the condo, but there was plenty of entertainment inside. Our only complaint was there was no remote for the bedroom TV. We sleep with thr TV on. When we reported it to the hosts they were apologetic and thanked us for the report. We were able to use their admission to hook up our computer and that problem was solved. The required cleanup at check out is extremely low-key. Highly recommend these hosts and this location!
