Great location, super clean

This house was perfect for two families of 4. The location was centrally located. We had our own spaces with plenty of room. It was super clean and the owners/property manger was very attentive. We’d love to rent this home again next time we’re in town.

Great Family Home - close to downtown, nau, and hiking

Family had an amazing time! The house was brand new, beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Home exceeded our expectations based on the online picts. The neighborhood is under construction, but very safe and quiet. The location was perfect, close to downtown, hiking trails, and our college visit to NAU. Kitchen was as listed with all the dining necessities. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Automatic check-in/out process was super convenient. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return in the winter to enjoy Snowbowl and maybe the North Pole Experience at Little America.

Beautiful townhome in Flagstaff

Our family booked a weekend stay at this beautiful, new townhome in Flagstaff. The townhome is new, as is the development and it is very clean on the inside and outside. The owners were very welcoming and responsive to our needs. Check-in and check-out were both easy and smooth. The kitchen is well-equipped with multiple options for coffee and tea. Everything is new and spotless. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay and plan to book this home again the next time we return to Flagstaff. The only suggestion I have for the owners is to consider offering washcloths for the bathrooms. This is not a big deal as not everyone uses them, but for those that do, it would be nice to have them. Overall, one of the best VRBO homes we have stayed in.
