The Heights & Sights #2 is a duplex connected by the garages for quiet and peaceful stays. The neighborhood is safe and you are located within a culd de sac with low traffic. Your back yard views include deer, many varieties of birds and the Blue Mountains. Down the hill you will have a two mile walking path with a large playground and baseball, basketball and soccer fields.
The 3 bedrooms are a good size with a closet in each room. The living room and dining room are open for family conversation and games while watching the TV. The kitchen provides a stove/oven, air fryer, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, and all the cooking water, dishes, bowls, cups and utensils need to eat and make that family meals/snacks. A large capacity washer/ dryer means you can pack light.

The shower has a filtered shower head to keep your skin and hair soft and free of water deposits. Towels, body wash and shampoo/conditioner are provided.

We also provide light cleaning supplies, dish soap, laundry soap,basic seasonings, foil, wax paper, food storage containers, bake ware, pots & pans, water filter pitcher, paper towels, linens, air mattress & extra linens, and upon request a play pen or bassinet, kids toys, and Lego table.

Pets are welcome 50 lbs under. We have poop bags and blankets to cover beds and furniture should they need to be close to you (Service Animals always accepted) and treats. The back yardcan be blocked off per request. The area is a great place to walk the dogs and kiddos. We also have two dog play parks in town.

The home is a five minute drive or Uber to the Rodeo grounds, or our wonderful downtown area with all our great restaurants and shopping.
