This is a no frills house. Although the accuracy of the listing is correct, the house is not very clean and the beds are very soft. We paid for two days but left early because our family wasn't very comfortable there.

It is a decent property, but needs attention to amenities and cleanliness. The carpet on the stairs and the bedrooms need cleaning as does the orange sofa in the living room. There was no coffee service, not enough dishes, no garbage bags or dish detergent.

I booked my reservation and arrived to check in, but the host never responded with the access code or any further instructions. I had to call multiple times before the host finally informed me that I couldn't stay because he had a previous guest check out that morning and his cleaning team hadn’t arrived. This left my family and me stranded, struggling to get in touch with customer service. After finally connecting with both the host and customer service, I was told that all they could do was issue a refund, which would take 3-5 days. This was completely unacceptable, and it’s disturbing that there were no accommodations or support offered for my family’s immediate needs. This was the worst experience I have ever had.

I’m so sorry for your experience like I stated it’s the platform fault for not properly syncing calendars I had no clue off a cancellation you would be able to review us considering you did not experience the property I feel you would have really enjoyed I hope next time you can book with us and get the full experience you deserve
