Great space with a lovely yard

This property suited me perfectly. My adult daughter and her dog were able to visit, and having a kitchen saved money on dining out the whole time.

The property was super clean. Beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The washer and dryer were a real plus- especially since you can access them without going into the house- great for swimsuits and towels. There is also a nice yard. Very positive interactions with host- who was very responsive. Humboldt Hill is close to King Salmon beach which is a protected little cove of a beach- great for smaller kids, walking on the beach etc.Just FYI- Seating is very tight. There are 4 wooden backless barstools and 1 three cushioncouch. Also since this is a duplex if you have noisy kids it might be a challenge.
