Hosted by Catered Stays Rentals, this private guest house is located on Old Mission Peninsula and is designed to deliver a comfortable, relaxing stay. Dog- and kid-friendly, it offers direct access to Pelizzari trails and is just minutes from nearby beaches and wineries. With a cozy open-concept layout and plenty of space to unwind, it is ideal for families and friends.

Inside, the space features a bright primary suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and small workstation, filled with natural light from dormer windows and a skylight. The lower level includes a queen bedroom with a four-poster bed and French doors leading to a private deck overlooking the forest, along with a third bedroom featuring twin bunks—perfect for kids or additional guests.

Additional amenities include a full lower-level bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a gas stove, and an open living area with a fireplace, spacious sectional, and large windows that create a warm, inviting place to relax.

The space is situated on the same residential property where we live. One corner connects to our primary residence, but there is no shared access, and the unit is fully separate and private. While private, it is located in close proximity to our home.

Guests enjoy multiple private decks, including back-deck dining with a gas grill, private access to the Pelizzari Natural Area, and dedicated on-site parking.

Perfect Base for Exploring Old Mission & Downtown!We had an absolutely wonderful three-night stay with my husband and our dog. The location of this home is unbeatable—you are perfectly situated between the energy of downtown Traverse City and the beautiful wineries of Old Mission Peninsula.The highlight for us was having Pelizzari Natural Area literally right outside the front door. We took our dog there nearly twice a day; the trails are stunning and so convenient for pet owners.Our host, Andrew, was excellent. He was proactive with communication and checked in frequently to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly felt looked after.We will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect blend of nature and city convenience!
