This newly renovated home on Sunset Lake has a peaceful view. Conveniently located near highways, between Boston and Cape Cod, easy drive to Gillette Stadium, TD Garden, Fenway and Xfinity Center, our home is surrounded by many local amenities.

We supply towels and linens, basic toiletries, body wash, shampoo & conditioner. The kitchen includes basic cooking utensils, oil and spices. We also provide a roll of paper towel and a few rolls of toilet paper to get you started. Please plan accordingly for the length of your stay.
Considerations -
This home is in the lower unit of an Up & Down Duplex. From the front door, it's easily accessible with a couple steps. From the back door, where the electronic door lock is located, there is a full set of stairs by the parking spaces.
The unit above is also a rental and other guests may be there during your stay. We do offer both units as a combination with discount, please ask about it!
Home is on a main public road near an intersection. It is next to the Charles Furlong Park, but there are many families in the nearby homes. It’s not noisy but noticeable; guests whom are not familiar with a suburban town may notice this.
