Exactly as listed. Price was great. Convenient to everything in Wilmington area. Host was great communicator and was service oriented. Was plenty of space for our 4 adults, 2 kids and 1 dog. Highly recommend.

The home was extremely well kept and had all the amenities that we needed. The host was extremely easy to contact and very accommodating when we made a request. If we are in Wilmington again, we would definitely stay here!

Paige, thank you kindly. Hope to see you soon. Basshu LLC
For a quick weekend trip it was fine. In one of bathrooms, the shower water would run all over the floor. So we didn’t use it which made things hectic with using one shower for our family. Overall the place was fine. The host reached out to us about an hour before check in time to let us know the house was ready and we could go ahead in which was very nice. We appreciated it after the 4 hour drive to the beach.

Thank you for staying with us in Wilmington. We appreciate your feedback.
The home had great accessibility for handicap. The play area for our 2 dogs was very convenient. Great location close to grocery, restaurants, shoping . Great proximity to beaches and downtown. The host was kind enough to allow guests over up to 10 people.
The location was great for everything we wanted to do. Everything was very clean. The side yard for the dogs was great and having 2 bathrooms was wonderful. We were all able to sit in the living room and watch a movie. Sleeping was comfortable and quiet.

Thank you Tiffany for staying with Basshu LLC. Hope to see you soon.
Really enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient. Nice, quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed and was as described. Instructions from the host were clear and everything worked as expected. Didn’t need to contact the host at all! Would definitely stay again.
This property was great. This is a fully handicap home, though we did not have any disabilities. Dispite the listing, there was no bath tub. Property is older and is no Hilton but it had its beautiful charm.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Pros: check-in process, location; quiet street with friendly neighbors, size of home, owner communication, comfortable beds..Cons: could be cleaner( cockroach under sofa in living room) wet towels left in dryer, better towels would’ve been nice (we had to buy ourown bath & kitchen towels), both showers are very slippery- dangerous for our 70 and 80 ladies, odor throughout home and it would’ve been nice to have some cleaner left on site for at least the bathrooms. Also, games and puzzles would be nice for down time.

Thank you for your suggestions. Happy Holidays. Basshu LLC.
During my stay when I arrived the weather was exceptionally colder than usual. This combined with several gaps around the doors and windows allowed cold air to enter. When I attempted to turn the heat up to 70 degrees, the “host “ would remotely turn it back down to 66 degrees. The host also would not answer any of my calls or return my calls. This was only resolved after I made two calls to Vrbo , and the host gave lots of invalid excuses. . Also it was listed as having a fenced yard, to leave a dog out. This was not the case, as there was only a back fence with no gates . Kitchen has very few items such as silverware, plates etc. Overall very poor experience, I would not recommend.

Thank you for staying with us. We appreciate your feedback.
We have a fenced-in area for dogs on the side of the house.
Home had an odd odor, floors weren’t as clean as I would have liked given we had 2 toddlers and dirty laundry left in washer. Owners did provide linens but not enough towels for 6ppl and they were so small they barely worked for adults. Home is in a great location and has a charming appeal but does need to work on removing some of the clutter within the home and overall cleanliness.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness
Backyard was not completely fenced in. There was trash in one closet, and dust balls on the floor. The coffee pot appeared not to have been cleaned in quite some time. The pots and pans had food residue as well as the plates. The towels were of poor quality and it would have been nice to have a nonslip bath mat in the front bathroom.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your suggestions. We apologize for the lack of dog fence. We have been working on new construction. The dog area is back in place.
I arrived late at night to the house. It's in a very nice neighborhood right off of College Blvd. When I pulled up, a security light came on which I appreciated since i was by myself. I was greeted with a nice note and some snacks from the owner. The house was very clean. Has plenty of sitting so if you have guest over, no one will have to sit on top of each other. It is 3 bedrooms and two full baths. Each bathroom, especially the main, is handicapped accessible. This was nice for when my mom stayed. I did not have to worry about her getting into the showers. There are two ramps to the house, one for the front door and the back door. I did have to contact the owner a couple of times. Once late at night because I was tired and forgot the code (oops). He responded within a minute and helped me out. All in all, I would recommend this house to anyone staying in Wilmington. Its close to the airport and restaurants.
Host information was timely. The construction in the back left no good location to walk my dog without tracking dirt into the house.
