Welcome to The Oaks, our cozy farmhouse built in 1920. This freshly renovated farmhouse has a very cozy and cabin-like feel to it, with all of the beautiful hardwood floors and rustic Oak barn-wood furniture throughout! Centrally located in Amish Country, your stay is minutes from Winesburg, Berlin, and Walnut Creek, OH. Soak in the hot tub and enjoy the scenic countryside views or sip a fresh cup of coffee on our spacious back deck. We are committed to making your stay relaxing and memorable!

SLEEPING SPACE:
We have cozy sleeping arrangements for 4 guests.

Guests will need to walk through Bedroom 1 to get to Bedroom 2.

KITCHEN:
The full kitchen includes cutlery, cookware, bakeware, measuring utensils, and dinnerware.
Kitchen appliances include a fridge/freezer with an ice-maker, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee-maker, microwave, toaster, mixer, and an electric tea kettle.

ENTERTAINMENT:
We have a TCL 50" 4K Smart TV with a Netflix Subscription for your movie night!

WORK SPACE:
The kitchen features a counter height barn-wood table, perfect for use as a desk if you are on a work trip.

Blazing fast, Fiber Internet is provided by MCTV. The internet easily handles video conferences and movie streaming.

COUNTRY SETTING:
Our farmhouse is located in the country on 3 acres, next to a woods. Our cleaning team follows a rigorous cleaning regimen after each stay to ensure your experience is top notch. Our house is treated bi-monthly for pest control, however, you may see an insect or a few during your stay. Hospitality is something we love, and we look forward to sharing The Oaks with you!

We had a wonderful time at this 1920s house/cabin. Beautifully updated to keep its rustic 1920s look. The hot tub was a bonus, and marketplace/dining was right up the road.. Would definitely recommend!

It was cute and comfortable. The hot tub and back deck were fantastic for relaxing. The host clearly pays attention to details as everything was stylish and purposeful. Off the beaten path enough for privacy, but not so remote you're stuck with nothing to do.

Relaxing getaway

Looked just like the pictures. The deck was beautiful to sit on with a great view. We spent a lot of time there. Property was very pretty. Wish it had a hammock or porch swing.

A charming and restful stay at The Oaks

We absolutely loved our time at The Oaks! This beautifully restored 1920s farmhouse in Dundee, Ohio was everything we hoped for and more. It was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with every amenity we could possibly need. The space was incredibly inviting—both comfortable and full of character.One of the highlights of our stay was the magical firefly display each evening. Sitting out on the deck or soaking in the hot tub while watching the fireflies dance across the yard was unforgettable. The deck itself was a perfect place to relax, dine, and take in the peaceful surroundings.Every detail of the home made it feel like a special retreat. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway in Amish Country

We did not get in the hot tub, it was right out in the open with a road right behind it. Not private at all. The house was nice and the beds were comfy.
