Summary:
Dreamcatcher is a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 2 level home in the highly desirable beach community of Las Conchas. Just 3 rows from the beach, it's a quick and easy walk to the beach access.
The home is designed to take advantage of the incredible ocean views with an expansive beachfront patio. Also enjoy ocean views from the kitchen, living room, dining room & master bedroom.

The Space:
The master bedroom suite is upstairs with ocean views and a private bathroom.
Downstairs there are 3 more rooms- 1 bunk room with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4) and 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. There is a shared bathroom downstairs.
There is an additional half bath off the kitchen.

Guest Access:
Guests will access the home via lockbox key access.

The Neighborhood:
Las Conchas is a beautiful beach community! It is away from the big resorts to allow for a less crowded beach experience. The Malecon and most restaurants and bars are only a 10 minute drive away. Las Conchas has 24/7 community patrols and is a very safe community.
