We didn’t feel comfortable staying due to the trash, broken down lawn mower, random boards etc that littered the front of the unit. We’ve stayed in multiple properties in over 6 states and have never seen a property that looked so ill kept. We might not get our money back but we chose to make that sacrifice.

It is unfortunate they were so quick to judgement about the exterior after just finishing the nine day Fryeburg Fair,but this was the guests response who stayed Sat-Sun after the friday this person had alr ready booked and blew off even after making host contact. Brian "everything was great! Bed was super comfortable! Thanks for everything,we will be back!
