This property situated in Cluster M of Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), surrounded by a picturesque lake that weaves through all the clusters. The tower is conveniently positioned just 27 minutes from Dubai International Airport, 20 minutes from Mall of the Emirates, and 20 minutes from Palm Jumeirah, making it an accessible location for residents and visitors.

The building offers direct access to the lakeside from its basement level, where residents can take advantage of various outdoor amenities. A children’s play area, dog parks, and basketball courts provide recreational options, while the scenic path around the lake is perfect for jogging, scootering, or enjoying a leisurely walk with beautiful waterfront views.

A diverse selection of restaurants lines the lakefront, offering a range of cuisines, including Asian, Mediterranean, and Arabic, catering to different tastes and preferences.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
