Awesome peaceful spot

We really enjoyed this quiet green oasis in Mendenhall Valley. Our favorite part was being right next to the Brotherhood Bridge Trail -- you really do walk right over that tiny bridge in the picture, and are right on the trails. Our toddler loved exploring tiny paths through the woods, as well as the very quiet neighborhood playground that was only a minute's walk through the trees. We loved enjoying our coffee on the porch. The house itself is comfortable, well-equiped, and very clean. Hosts were helpful and communicative, but left us to our privacy. We came into Juneau from an outlying community for appointments and errands, and this gave us a wonderful feeling of rest and relaxation in between our busy day's activities.minute 's walk through the trees
