We had a wonderful stay! The condo has one of the best beach views we've ever experienced. We loved sitting on the porch each morning with a cup of coffee, enjoying the peaceful ocean scenery and listening to the waves. The unit is beautifully updated throughout, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day at the beach. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway at a great price! The owners were great communicators as well, both prior to and during our stay.

The location was perfect, right on the beach, close to lots of fun activities, and shopping. The host was quick to answer questions, check in and out was easy. The house was great for our family, clean, and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome host, amazing location, right on the beach, pool access, and close to lots of great restaurants! There’s plenty of room for the kids and the view is absolutely breathtaking…ocean view straight from the living room and porch!! It’s gorgeous inside- spacious, fresh, clean and new…including appliances. You are just steps from the beach, so it makes it easy with littles! Will be back year after year for sure! Couldn’t recommend this condo enough!

Everything was great until the ac stopped working. The owner took care of it, but we still had one uncomfortable night without air and a whole day revolving around repairmen coming and going. It was our last day there. If I was the owner, I would have at least offered a discount or a dinner or something to make up for the inconvenience. They sent us 4 box fans.

We absolutely loved this condo! Nick and Arley were amazing to work with! Location was perfect for my husband, myself and 2 teenager girls! The view from the master and porch was just what I needed!

I'm giving this property a 5-star rating because the only issues weren't a big deal really. The pictures are 100% accurate, the check in process is super smooth, the location is great and beautiful and I never saw a palmetto bug the entire trip. It's close to everything and a super enjoyable experience. I'll definitely be back. The only issues we had were there was an HVAC system replacement scheduled the Tuesday of our stay and it took the entire day. It made it a little inconvenient and very hot that day, but hey, the unit has a new HVAC system. The floor gets dirty quickly, but what one doesn't with a beach and pool steps away, and we had an issue with the dryer once, but it was fixed quickly and the communication was immediate. Overall, very happy and a great trip!

Balcony door does not lock, not ideal with kids. Floors were dirty upon arrival with several palmetto bugs in floor/shower. Internet did not work after first night. Smelled like vomit outside from dumpster. Overall ok in a pinch but wouldn’t recommend for another stay

I’m so sorry you had this experience. I wish I had known you had internet issues I could have sent someone out. We will absolutely address the floors with our cleaning team. The unit gets monthly sprays for palmetto bugs.

The condo is beautiful and the pictures listed are totally accurate. I would have given a 5 star overall but we had a few hiccups. If I could have given 4.5 or 4.75 stars this would be more accurate. The hiccups that my wife and I experienced could have happened to anyone. I am certain that Arley, the proud condo owner, takes pride in her property. The condo has all the amenities a family could need for a great stay right on the beach. On the 2nd day, the AC wasn't quite cooling like it should. I notified Arley of this issue and in 30 minutes a HVAC tech. arrived. Freon was added to the AC (problem solved); total credit to Arley. The hiccups didn't ruin our stay which was totally relaxing. The view/s, beach at this location were beautiful.

Our family absolutely loved our week long vacation in this beautiful property!!! Direct beach access and view with completely updated everything:) Easy access to parking and only a few steps right up to the door of the condo made our stay so easy! This condo had everything we needed and beds and couch were very comfortable. Communication with the host was incredibly great! Thank you Arley for being so kind and efficient with getting back to me when addressing g any of our questions. Thank you for providing our family with a perfect vacation property!!!
