Luggage drop-off is permitted only before the check-in time and not after the check-out time.

Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. Use designated outdoor areas. Penalty: $500.

Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay and an additional fee. Notify us in advance.

Keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Let’s respect our neighbors.

Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed. Penalty: $1,000, plus immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

Host is very responsive. The apartment location is super convenient and there’s space for a large group. The AC is super noisy though - enough that we turned it off at night. Apartment above is also pretty noisy. If you just need a place to crash while exploring Montreal it’s great. Free parking is difficult to find but not impossible. Paid parking readily available at a nearby mall. Pet friendly location is also much appreciated (albeit for an extra charge).

I don't like to give negative reviews, however I feel obligated for future renters. Pro's: it was clean and easy to find. Con's: located right next to a fairly busy street, especially in the evening. It's a basement apartment, no space to maneuver in the bedrooms. The space itself is very old, college apartment type feel. We had an ongoing issue with a buzzing noise (picture an alarm clock sound ongoing for the duration, was "fixed" on last day by turning off the entire AC. The neighbors above must teach late night dance lessons, as there was ongoing stomping until 2am every night. Unless you are under the age of 24, or sleep like the dead, I would no stay here. Beware.

My family of four had a great visit to Montreal! The apartment was compact but easily accommodated our group, and was clean and had all the basics. The neighborhood was walkable, with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. Comfortable, but if you’re sensitive to noise I’d recommend staying elsewhere as the nearby streets were quite noisy at times.

Great location and was a comfortable stay! Host was very responsive and aptly handled any challenges we had. Beds were comfy and spacious 7 of us were able to stay with no major problems. The only annoying thing was the AC unit that was pretty loud with a buzzing noise at all fan levels, but is easily tuned out when talking or watching a movie.

Had a great stay! Sam was very attentive and available. Apartment is easy to locate and central to everything we were doing. Great location. Street parking was available- we never walked more than a block away to park which was very nice! Public transport was also very close and easy to walk to if we didn’t want to drive! Had a great stay and would stay again in the future

Located in a very convenient area, but unfortunately was a bit loud in the apartment due to noise from outdoors and noise from the neighbouring units. Host was very responsive and was able to facilitate delivery of missing supplies from the unit very easily. Free laundry and 4 bedrooms were huge perks!

4 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and decent common area. Appears recently renovated and well-furnished. Host was very communicative! Only challenge was that we stayed in a basement-level unit and a couple of our windows faced a relatively busy street, so it did get a bit noisy at times and smells from outside would occasionally make their way into the unit. Otherwise, great property in a very convenient and central location!!

I very rarely leave negative reviews, but I am writing this one so that other families do not go through what we did.We booked this unit for a family trip with our children. On arrival we found a spider, and the host assured us it was the first such report he had ever received, so we trusted him and stayed. That night we found multiple bugs, both live and dead, in the bedrooms, including one on the wall of the room where our children were sleeping. It was extremely upsetting, I was unable to sleep and became unwell, and we ultimately felt we had no choice but to leave and find other accommodation on short notice.When we told the host we were leaving because of the bugs, he again insisted this was the first time anyone had ever reported bugs in the unit. I have since found another guest's review describing the same problem, in direct contradiction to what I was told.Beyond the bugs, the unit and building showed their age. There was a cracked kitchen counter, a cracked floor, a very dirty window, worn entrance and common areas, a noisy AC fan, and a noticeable smell on entry. The couch was also unstable and gave way when my children sat on it, which felt genuinely unsafe. For a family with young children, it was not the "elegant" stay the listing describes.The one bright spot was the artwork in the unit.I would encourage future guests to look closely before booking. I have attached photos and videos from our stay.

Great Communication, Location & Space

We were in Montreal for one night for a concert. We were 2 adults and 5 teenage boys and there was lots of space and beds for everyone. Sam was great at communicating so there were no surprises. Lots of restaurants in the area for food choices. Parking is the only issue we had, large vehicles are not ideal for the area, but Sam provided lots of information in advance for parking. Would definitely recommend.

The pros: the location was excellent. Very central, close to the metro. Contact with the host was effortless, helpful and responsive .The not so pros: the unit needs a lot of work. The water pressure made the shower almost unusable, stoves missing knobs, extremely loud ac unit. The provided sheets were stained.

Location was great. Host was easy to communicate with. Parking recommendations were nice to have and washer and dryer on site was very helpful. However, when asked to keep the place clean, it becomes very difficult to do so with no supplies in the unit. Personally had to purchase cleaning supplies, cloths and broom to tidy up on a daily basis. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the unit was not apparent. Splatter marks all over the cupboards, the bathroom floors and shower were not clean as they seemed very stained or dirty. There were dead insects on the window sills, as well as a hole in the wall in one of the bedrooms. Aside from the cleanliness, the experience was not all bad.

Nous avons passé un beau sejour à Montréal en famille. Les 4 chambres à coucher etaient idéales pour notre famille et la localisation très centrale nous donnait rapidement accès aux différents attraits de la ville. L'appartement fournit l'essentiel, sans superflu. La salle de bain est presentement en renovation mais fonctionnelle. L'hôte répond rapidement. Les lieux étaient propres.
