Great Stay, no AC in livingroom/ kitchen area but there is a powerful fan that keeps it decent. Quiet location and great communication with owner.

Hi Tionn, Your comment is not accurate. There is AC in the living room and works perfectly fine. But you decided to keep all doors open, the AC automatically shutdown.

Very functional condo for a family. Safe and perfect location for visiting Fortuna and the surrounding area (car required).Animal watching nearby, directly in the complex (sloth, monkey, toucan).Very efficient communication with the owner.I recommend it.
