This house was really great. We had four adults and four kids and had plenty of room. Definitely a family friendly house. The house was very clean and in really good shape. No mold or bugs or critters. The two couches in the living room both convert into beds which is convenient. Everything in the house worked well, the TV, Wifi, AC, etc. The electricity went out several times but we assume from the stormy weather. We enjoyed having the kitchen as a separate space, its huge and had plenty appliances and dishes for us to use. We opened all the doors and windows to create good airflow. A cookie sheet or other dish for the oven would have been nice in the kitchen. The view of the lake and access to it is really convenient. We went kayaking and it was a blast. The temp of the lake is perfect. Host responded to us well, but everything was great so we didn't need anything from him. thanks!

Great location. The gate is obvious but easy to miss, it's a steep private driveway on the corner, just after the Fusion Arenal restaurant.It's a nice space, good view of the lake and volcano (if the clouds aren't covering it). Lots of windows, excellent internet. The detached kitchen is interesting, with your choice of electric OR gas. Only minor complaint, it could use some places to hang bathroom towels.
