Pedro was a tremendous host. Waited for my late arrival from travel. Checked in with me when I was stuck in NYC due to snow storm as well. Very quiet and comfy room and clean bathroom as well.

My room was clean. Street parking was easy, but you’ll have to park on the curb a little bit though because the road is narrow. The Vrbo’s house number is on the entryway - I missed it and Pedro had to point it out. He picked me up from the outside because I thought I was in the wrong property. I got the single room as a little home base while I figure out what I like doing my traveling gig. You get a microwave and a mini fridge, as well as coffee maker. I had a fan in my room, a little closet, and some towels. The shared bathroom was very clean and it has a shampoo/conditioner/soap wall pump that dispenses these for use. The stairs up is a little tight, and it must net hard to navigate around the front door if you brought a lot of stuff. Thanks for letting me stay Pedro! I would book again if I’m in the area and needing somewhere to crash for a few evening!

Bed and pillow was harder than a park bench. Room had no air conditioning, owner had to put a fan in my room. And there was absolutely no breakfast, just a park bench as a bed. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for.
