Please note: Due to Storm damage from Hurricane Helene, the pier will not be accessible until further notice.

Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 105 is a BRONZE (Great Value!) rated three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 1st-floor (Not Ground Level) vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 105 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all three bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom, 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen in the 3rd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer double sink vanities and walk-in showers. 105 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front Desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels.

Maximum occupancy: 8 persons (including infants). 105 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats.

7 nights minimum during peak periods and holidays. 4 nights minimum in off season upon request

The property was clean, kitchen was well stocked with everything you need, we had a great view of beach, pool and hot tub were very nice! Balcony was nice, had a rack to hang wet suits and towels on, could use some different furniture, but it was ok, we sat out there quite a bit. Overall I would definitely recommend this condo and would definitely stay again! Girls at the front desk were very friendly, and let us check in early which was a huge bonus!

The pool and beach area were great. We had issues with the water pressure in the showers. The fact that the entrance door to the condo did not completely close behind you. And that the dryer three cycles to dry clothes. The ice maker would only put out crushed ice. All in all we had a fantastic time and would look to rent again in the future

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Family vacation

We loved the property. Everyone at the front desk was so nice. Unfortunately our vacation was cut short because of hurricane Helene but we had a wonderful time for the 4 days we were there. Would definitely go back.

This is a very nice location and close to everything. Kitchen had everything you would need to cook. Only one story up so you don’t have to wait for the elevator. Overall excellent stay. Would recommend to stay.😎

Absolutely Amazing!

We will most certainly be back! By far the best vacation place we’ve had at the beach in years. Everything was so clean and everyone was so friendly. We loved the privacy and the pier. Highly recommend!!
