After visiting the USVI it was time to take the leap and move here with all the wonderful activities: sailing, scuba, hiking, and beach life.

Why they chose this property

Views around the Island are breathtaking. The neighborhood is quiet and sits atop the ridge dividing the North and South sides. The landscaping and outdoor area provide a peaceful respite from the busy ongoings elsewhere. Rainbows, peacefulness and cooler temperatures at the higher elevation made this the perfect location to live.

What makes this property unique

It's quiet where you can get away from the crowds but are within minutes of conveniences and attractions. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the breezes that come in from the balcony are refreshing.
