Stafford is home to this holiday home. NRG Park is a notable landmark, and travellers looking to shop may want to visit Memorial City Mall and CityCentre. Check out an event or a game at NRG Stadium, and consider making time for Houston Zoo, a top attraction not to be missed.
This house was perfect for my daughter’s 13th birthday sleepover! The girls absolutely love how spacious it was and always the pool of course! Would definitely book again, thanks!
We stayed a weekend. The kids loved the pool access. It was so easy just to jump in!! The pool table and shuffleboard kept them entertained as well. They loved the big tv and bunk beds and of course the stairs. The windows along the back were perfect for watching the kids swim.
Stayed with our elderly parents, young adult children and infant grandson. We are overall a very tall family so between our height and some family members being older, the very low furniture and beds were a bit of a challenge for many of us. The bathrooms, kitchen and floors were quite clean. Not a ton of cookware or serving bowls and no spices, but had plenty of Keurig pods, soap, shampoo and toilet paper which was great and very appreciated.

Friend group weekend get away
Getting to the house was fairly easy but once there I did not have check in instructions until after an hour of waiting and contacting the host and it was after the listing check in time. The house was well stocked and all TVs worked. There were some roaches in the corners, a few holes in the way and some outlets not having the proper covers on them. It was okay for what we needed but not the best and the check in was hectic with it raining and having our 6 month old in the car.

Lots of stuff didn’t work beds living room furniture was Temu size house was big and roomy just needs updating didn’t have many cooking pots pans cups bowls had to go buy and left for the next persons outdoor furniture was in bad shape the netting was coming off outdoor lighting most didn’t work not many plugs worked and none outside worked at all but my family and I made the best of it and enjoyed our stay
The house met our needs for our age group of 60 The house was clean and check-in and check-out was a breeze. The host was easy to communicate with. The only negative for us was the living room and kitchen furniture. The sofa set is very small and very low making it very hard to sit and get up. The kitchen table is also very small and since we did a lot of cooking, we had to buy a lot of pans because there were none available. One of the bedrooms has a very low bed. Other than what I mentioned, the house was very nice.

Uncomfortable
All of the furniture is for small or very short people. My wife and I were so uncomfortable the whole time. The grandkids didn't mind at all. The pool was fine. The kitchen faucet had very little hot water pressure. The coffee pot was finiky. One of the electrical breakers was tripped so 4 outlets didn't have power our first night and morning. Both shower bath handles were very hard to turn on. The shuffle board didn't have any powder so that was unusable. The bbq pit had ashes in it when we tried to use it and the bottom fell out when we tried to clean it. There was no ash removal tool so we had to use a bbq spatula. They did bring us a new smaller bbq pit the next afternoon. We were actually glad to leave due to it being so uncomfortable. I was miserable the whole time except for when I was in the pool with grandkids.
This property was in deplorable condition and completely misrepresented online. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an unkempt exterior with overgrown grass and trash scattered in the front yard. Inside, the issues multiplied: standing water in a filthy dishwasher, exposed electrical cables dangling from walls, and moldy patio furniture that was unusable. The cleanliness was shocking - we encountered a live roach, stained furniture throughout, and missing window blinds. Basic amenities didn't function properly: toilets wouldn't flush correctly, and the beds were uncomfortably low. The pool area was equally neglected with a damaged cover full of holes. When I contacted the host Friday morning about the toilet issues, I received no response and had to follow up again. The host finally replied 3 hours later - completely unacceptable response time for urgent maintenance issues. This property is a health and safety hazard. The photos and description are misleading at best. We felt uncomfortable throughout our stay. I cannot recommend this property to anyone and would strongly advise looking elsewhere. Save your money and book somewhere that actually cares about their guests' well-being.
