Fantastic Home for a Great Family Vacation

My family and I absolutely loved staying at this house for our annual vacation. This is the first time we’ve stayed on Lake Sinclair, but would definitely choose this house again in the future if we were to visit Lake Sinclair again! Communication with the property manager was also great, she was incredibly helpful and kind, and always responded immediately. You will not regret staying here!

Perfect place for family

House had three floors which was very accommodating for family of 10. Nice pier and dock area. Had floats, fishing poles, kayaks and paddle board, plus slide on the pier. Kids also enjoyed the hot tub. Found a small grocery store in Sparta which wasn't too far away. Very nice place.

Lake House

We had a wonderful family vacation and the house was well stocked with all the necessary items to make your time comfortable and fun. There is plenty of things to do with swimming, kayaking, foosball and games. The house was as described and the staff was very helpful. Shopping is a bit of a drive.

Lake Paradise

We had an amazing time at the property. The house was perfect! The bunk room and remodeled bottom floor was perfect for the kids! Three bathrooms was also a great perk for our large group. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals at home. We also brought our boat and we kept it at the dock. This allowed us to hope on and take the kids to ski or tube whenever we wanted. We will definitely be booking again.

Thanksgiving family time

We had a great time at Sparta Escape for our Thanksgiving family gathering. The kitchen was very well equipped with cooking implements, as well as silverware. The setting was gorgeous, and we enjoyed the quiet time together. This VRBO was probably one of the cleanest we have seen. Make sure to come fully provisioned with food, because the closest grocery store and restaurants are about a half hour away.

Loved Lake Life

What a beautiful property. The house had everything we needed and more! The dock was the main attraction!! We fished and enjoyed relaxing down there- they have kayaks and a stand up paddleboard. There is very reliable internet tho this house is in an area where there is not good cell reception. We left some items behind and the management company worked with us to get them back. Everyone had such a good time I would not hesitate to return to this property. Thank you for allowing us to use your home!!

Just about perfect

Loved it. House was clean and they had everything you need. Plenty of floats, towels, beach towels, plus a well stocked kitchen. Only a couple very minor things which were addressed during my stays (broken door handle and one umbrella didn’t work well). If you want a quiet week away this should do the job very well. Water is quite warm. You will have some issues with cell phone/5g service coming into the neighborhood but that’s not in the host’s control. Just something to be aware of, so have your app open before you get to the house.

Great Family Outing

Looking for a remote getaway, look no further. This A Frame house sits on a gorgeous piece of property that makes you feel like you have found your little slice of paradise. Family of 13 ( 3 different groups) stayed for 3 night very comfortably. Main living area is slightly small for large groups, but extended outdoor living area and down stairs living room increased living area by 3. Beds were all comfortable and water pressure in showers good. The lake and dock were perfect - plenty of kaykes and floats available. Night time lights on deck made for a perfect back drop to wind down your evening while you relaxed in the hot tub. Only flaw in this place - nearest Kroger is 45 minutes away - so come prepared! They have 2 refrigerators - so plenty of space for food.
