The outside patio had a lot of mosquitoes. Where it was hard to even sit outside. Mosquito traps may help. Possibly the vegetation in front of the pool had something to due with it.And very large high steps in front of pool that can be dangerous. More towels would help for showering. 1 towel per person was not enough for a week. A hand rail coming down the stairs from upstairs Would greatly help. It is very steep and could be very dangerous of someone misses a step.The house is centrally located and was very convienent. House was clean. Host was a 7 from 1 to 10 The view was spectacular. And we did enjoy ourselfs . Thank you

The views were stunning and the indoor/outdoor pool & living area was great. But unfortunately we had several issues - the master bedroom lock was broken and someone got trapped in, the dishwasher didn’t work, the kitchen sink was clogged, and there was no replacement drinking water or paper towels. Very inconvenient for a large group and for the personal chef we hired via the property (Chef Lulu - highly recommend her!) The prop mgr became unresponsive once we checked in. We had to call a few times to get hold of her and she still never showed up to check the clog like she said she would.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the views and indoor/outdoor living areas, and we appreciate the kind words about Chef Lulu. We’re sorry for the inconveniences. The dishwasher was newly installed and we are checking it, and we will also address the bedroom lock. The home has both indoor and outdoor kitchen sinks, and guests are asked to use them appropriately to prevent clogs. Drinking water and paper towels are provided as complimentary starter supplies upon arrival and are not intended for the entire stay. We’re also sorry you felt communication with our manager was lacking. She has consistently received excellent feedback for being responsive, and we will follow up with her regarding your experience.

What a great house. Can't beat the view of downtown La Paz, the bay, and surrounding area. The sunsets were fantastic! Nice pool and excellent outdoor deck area, with shade cover for chairs, sofa, and dining area. Nice covered backyard patio too. Kitchen, furniture, and appliances all modern and good quality. Laundry room with washer and drier. House was very clean as well. Good security with closable driveway garage door w remote. Of the 4 bedooms, 2 are OK with no view, while the other 2 have views and very nice. Upstairs primary bedroom w king bed is a delight - spacious, private, with great views (right from the bed), very nice bathroom, and small outdoor sitting area. 4th bedroom is good size with nice view as well, with full bath but accessible via exterior door only. Location, 2 mi to center of town on the Malacon, about a 10 min drive. House is up in the hills with new homes being built, and currently on unpaved road. One delivery driver had hard time finding the place. Overall, one of the best rentals in town. Good communication with owner and property manager. Price is a little high for La Paz. Would definitely stay again!
