We stayed for the CMA fest. It was a beautiful condo. It was also very secure in every aspect. There is a train track right behind the pool but you wouldn’t know that from staying in the condo. We also spent a lot of time on the beautiful patio and still didn’t hear the train. The facility from top to bottom is 10/10.

Great stay! Had everything we needed. Spent a day poolside and used the outdoor grill for burgers. Was so great waking up to the view of the Batman building ever morning from the primary. A short walk to The Gulch for lunch, a block from Ole Smokey’s for a Moonshine tasting and then on to Broadway. Also has a cool Axe throwing venue right next door. The building was super secure and plenty of people onsite if there were any needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent property - neighborhood is walkable to Broadway. Be advised there are many homeless folksin the area but we had no issues.

Great condo. The terrace and views were AMAZING! The neighborhood was a bit too sketchy for us ladies. However we did walk to the Gulch and the Country Music Hall of Fame during the late morning. That was ok. The building itself was nice and very safe! The gym was great —I walked the treadmill and did some free weights so that worked out for me.
