Large 4 bedroom 3 bath vacation home on Big St. Germain Lake with amazing sunsets.
One of our most popular rental homes of the Cropsey Vacation Rentals group of homes.
This large 3 level home on the East shore of Big St. Germain Lake is the perfect spot to enjoy the lake and the St. Germain Area. With sleeping room for 8-14, this year round home is great for a summer family vacation, fishing trip, fall getaway or a fun filled winter outing. Prices based on 8 people.

With over 2600 square feet and 3 levels of living space, this home offers 4 bedrooms with 5 queen beds, and 4 single beds as well as 3 full bathrooms. Families will enjoy the additional lower level game/rec room space with second TV area.

New appliances, new furnishings, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer and air conditioning provides comforts and amenities that gives our guests more time to enjoy their vacation.

With a lakeside great room and kitchen, family and friends can enjoy the outdoors from within offering beautiful views of the lake and woods. For a perfect outdoor experience, patio doors lead to a large lakeside deck, and large lakeside screen porch. Both lead to the lake and camp fire area.
Firewood is provided.

The lake frontage welcomes you to sandy bottom swimming, shallow enough for wading. The private pier has plenty of room for your boat and you can cast for pan fish right from the pier.

Rowboat, canoe, paddle board and kayaks included. Rates based on 8 people.

Remote beauty

We loved the remote private home. The view was amazing as was the bald eagles seen multiple times a day. All questions quickly answered. We look forward to staying even longer next time.

New Year's getaway

The house was very nice and spacious. Enjoyed everything about our stay except the vents were blocked in the basement so it was too cold down there to use that bedroom or spend any amount of time down there playing air hockey or ping pong. Despite that would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay for a fishing week

Our group of six guys was up for our annual fishing week. The house worked great for us - there was plenty of room and everything we needed. Check-in was easy and Karen gave complete directions and instructions. The house and the furnishings were all high quality, and it was nicely cleaned when we arrived. Our favorite room was the screened-in outdoor room, a delightful place to talk and enjoy the outside without any worries about bugs. Overall, a fine place to spend a week.

Plenty of room for everyone!

Our family spent 11 days at this beautiful home. So much to do, everyone had a blast! The screen porch was a HUGE hit! I would suggest its time to replace/repair a few items when renting at this price. Example: 2 grills advertised, neither was in complete, good working order -- used the best of the 2 for cooking. So other than some needed minor repairs - this place is awesome!
