- Geor-getown : 12-17 minutes.

Eateries, cafe and food court that serviving varieties of food- Chinese, Indian, halal food, Japanese, Vietnamese and Thai. All these are at the lowel levels of the commercial lots.

Walking distance to famous seafood restaurant. Short driving distance to grilled fish and seafood restaurants of Teluk Tempoyak. Our host Albert was great. Condo was quite new, immaculate with stunning views. Pool and exercise

Our host Albert was great. Condo was quite new, immaculate with stunning views. Pool and exercise room were great. Albert was so helpful. Whenever we called him he responded with whatever we needed. The location was not the best. Couldn't walk any place. It is a new area with a lot of construction which prevented us from walking.

Why they chose this property

This premises is located near to the Penang Second Bridge and the coastal Dr Lim Chong Eu Highway . Thus , access to other parts of Penang State including Batu Kawan Industrial Zone is very convenient. As the population density in this residential area is low, the traffic is smooth most of the time. Its only take 15-20 minutes to the airport!

Low density apartment with Sea View and The Second Bridge View! Amenities are availble at lower levels! Full facilities availble -Pool, Gymn, Reading Room, Lunar Deck etc. Lastly, the whole common area is secured by CCTV and guarded 24 hours!
