You will love our 2 story recently renovated condo on the 4th floor.
All new flooring and carpet and painted with a Coastal decorating style beach theme.
Granite countertops in the kitchen and all bathrooms.
Sandbridge Dunes Condominium's has a reputation as being a very clean and beautiful and won awards for its landscaping.
The Sandbridge Market is across the street and very handy for all your shopping needs. They have the best donuts in the area!
Several restaurant's within walking distance. The Sandbridge Island Restaurant and Simply Steamed are favorites!
Sandbridge Dunes is across the street and on a guarded beach!
Includes two covered parking spaces in our garage for your convenience. Very close to the elevator.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please pile up all dirty linens and towels in seperate piles in the hallway near the Kitchen.

Empty all the small trash containers in the bedrooms and bathrooms and take out to the dumpsters.

Please straighten the beach closet in the garageand hang the beach chairs and umbrella's in my beach closet.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our condo and stay were great! The place was clean, organized, had many things that we needed for the week, had plenty of space, and was a quick walk to the beach. The host was nice very quick to respond when we had a question. Highly recommend this as a place to stay and would definitely come back!

Greg was very responsive with my questions prior to our trip. The condo suited our group of 4 adults and 3 children well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the restaurant recommendedations were spot on. This was our first visit to Sandbridge. The location of this condo across from the beach was definitely a highlight. We hope to return to Forever Young!

This rental was so beautiful and perfect for our family! We had 6 adults and 4 littles ones under the age of 4 and we could not have asked for a better stay! So clean, beautiful inside, right across from the beach, so much room , and Greg was a wonderful host. He got back to us right away with any questions we had and gave great recommendations! We will certainly be back! Fell in love with Sandbridge

Pool was very nice for our grandchildren. Condo was clean. The only thing that was a surprise was that one of the 2 elevators for the building was not in use during check in, it did get repaired a few days later. Since we were on the 4th floor we had to wait in line to use the working elevator.

The condo was exactly as pictured. The beach was just across the street from the complex and the host supplied beach chairs, umbrellas, and other items perfect for spending an afternoon next to the ocean.

There are two beaches in Virginia Beach - the 'strip', which is most known and frequented by tourists and Southern Virginia Beach also known as Sandbridge Beach. Sandbridge is a secluded beach hideaway with 5 miles of pristine sand dunes and dancing seas between Back Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. It is truly a relaxing and peaceful community where you can slow down and unwind on your dream vacation. There are no highways cutting through the area, only a quaint, two lane, winding road, which leads to this little piece of seaside paradise. Sandbridge also offers a wide variety of family-friendly fun activities:
