New 5 Bed/Lakefront/Boat dock/Game room/Guest House.

We are so excited to open up SHADES for all of you to enjoy! Whether you need a weekend away for some R&R, want to gather with loved ones, fish, or have plans to hang with friends, you have come to the right place.
Our property offers you 5 bedrooms (3 in main house, 2 in guest house), 3.5 baths, a large outdoor space, fenced in yard, double-decker dock with safety rails on walkway and upper deck, a game room with a pool table, foosball table, poker table and wet bar, 3 separate TV areas, updated kitchen with large island, plenty of seating and plenty of fun!

SLEEPS 10-15 COMFORTABLY depending on number of children/adults.
*The main house has 3 bedrooms upstairs. The master has 1 king bed. The bunkroom has 2 bunk beds. The top bunks are twin size (don't recommend for an adult) and the bottom bunks are futons. The 3rd bedroom has 1 queen size bed.
*The guest house has 2 bedrooms. The first room has a queen sized bed and a twin trundle. The second room has 1 queen sized bed. The living space of guest house has a futon for 1.

The set up of the home with a mix of bedrooms and sleeping arrangements was a huge help. Instead a having lots of bunk beds this was much more fitting for our needs. The home was lovely and the kitchen was so easy to work in even for multiple people. Everything was supplied that we needed. Our hostess was easy to communicate with and very generous about our changes.

I have always dreamed of having a lake house to escape to and have finally made it a reality. We truly hope all of our guests will enjoy the property as much as we do and make lasting memories with their loved ones.

Why they chose this property

SHADES is a 5 bedroom lakefront property that comfortably sleeps 10-15. You will be forced to have fun while you enjoy the Double-decker boat dock, Game room with wet bar and Large outdoor covered space. There is a separate guest house with 2 bedrooms and a bunk room in the mainhouse for the kids. You will love cooking in this beautiful kitchen while you enjoy the view of the lake through the large windows. Speaking of views, get ready to take in the stunning view from the upper level of the dock. The large upper level of the dock is fully fenced in with a covered seating area as well as lounge chairs to get some sun. The walkway out to the dock and stairs to the upper dock have safety railing. Need more information, feel free to reach out with questions. Thank you!
