About this property

Comfort, tranquility, and leisure near the wonderful beaches of the North Coast.

The house is ventilated, large, wooded, grassy and with delicious pool. In addition to a large living, dining and kitchen area, we offer 4 bedrooms, three of which are suites on the second floor and one bedroom with adjoining bathroom on the ground floor.
We also offer a gourmet space with barbecue, sink and table with wooden benches, integrated to the pool area, to ensure the best moments of leisure. The balcony is spacious and cozy, with living area and hammock. Behind the house we have a backyard with fruit trees and a small vegetable garden.
All pool and garden area assistance is included in the package with our trusted professionals. At 300 m from the house we have the quiet Vilas do Atlântico Beach with its various tents that function as a bar and restaurant. In the immediate vicinity of the house (less than 1 km) we have grocery store, supermarket, pharmacy, beauty salon, gas station and gym.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

There is a market, on foot from the house, where you can buy bread, cold cuts and that meets the daily needs of the visitor. Our area is very well served by shops, malls, supermarkets, restaurants, show houses and services in general. It is 30 km from the historical center of Salvador and close to the beautiful beaches of the North Coast.
