Pool picture was definitely deceiving, the angle makes the pool look much bigger. No rugs in bathroom and floors were freezing when stepping out of shower. Internet worked 2 out of 5 days but only became priority when owners could not view cameras is when they sent someone in a hurry to check internet.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your stay didn't meet your expectations. We apologize if the pool appeared larger in the listing photos than it did in person. We strive to provide accurate representations of our properties, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We're also sorry to hear about the lack of bathroom rugs and the internet issues you experienced. We understand how frustrating unreliable Wi-Fi can be, especially while you're on vacation. While our team did work to address the issue as quickly as possible once we were able to coordinate service, we regret that it impacted your stay. Your comments are valuable, and we've shared them with our team as we continue working to improve the guest experience. We appreciate your feedback and hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity in the future! - RealJoy Vacations
