Canceled the reservation less than 16 hrs before I checked in. Telling me that its been booked since March with someone else. Had to pay double for another place on memorial weekend; last minute as plans were made. Will not even try to book here again. !

The property was clean, spacious for our family size, and working amenities.However, the weather didn't cooperate with our plans. Rained all day 2nd day, 3rd day temperature was in high 60's-low70's. Too cold for any lake activities.

DO NOT rent this property when arriving it was almost 80 in the house . The air conditioning does not work. The dishwasher leaks. It is dirty. The water stinks like rotten eggs . You are wasting your money and you won’t get it back.This could be a beautiful property, but it is not being maintained & taken care of, and it should not be rented to anybody until these issues are corrected and cleaned, and they are taking advantage of people and it’s sad . The host will call maintenance and that’s about it ! She will then lie to VRBO that issue was corrected but they were not. Not sure how she’s a super host . I received only a small credit from VRBO for inconvenience and the host offered nothing . The owner should be ashamed to be renting this property out and taking advantage of people . DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The inside of the house was clean. The exterior could use a wash. Only other issue is the water smells like sulfur, but that is probably normal for the area.

Cancelled with no notification even after I reached out to host. This was 2 days prior to check in. Had to scramble to find something else on memorial weekend with no luck. Ruined plans and golf cart rental that I had already paid for. What a disaster. Don’t stay here in fear of host canceling on you!!
